Born and raised in Connecticut, Michael K (Keith) Johnson now lives in Central Florida. After receiving his initial training as a young child and becoming serious as a teenager, he went on to study music at North Texas University. Shortly after, Michael K went on to study orchestration and arranging under Don Sebesky and later studied voice with pop music icon Michael Bolton. MK's extensive musical background is easily discernable from the very start of his new record.

The album “Moment In Time” is Michael K’s first full length solo effort for the public in general. It was only a matter of time before the “man from K” would make his mark with a refreshing mix of pop, jazz, and soul music delivered in a way that’s sorely missing in today’s modern music. It’s back with a passion thanks to this talented artist!
